Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by GOFORTRAVEL, trading as "GOFORTRAVEL".

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and GOFORTRAVEL ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), a company registered in Italy with VAT number IT10903850963 and registered office at Via Archimede 49, 20129 Milano, Italy, providing luxury travel consultancy services under the trading name GOFORTRAVEL.

1.2 By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, which together with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

1.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website at https://gofor.travel. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Our Services

2.1 We provide luxury travel consultancy services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Destination planning and recommendations
  • Accommodation arrangements
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Activity and experience planning
  • Travel itinerary development
  • Corporate travel solutions

2.2 We offer three main consultancy packages:

  • Per Hour Tailor Made Consultancy (pricing available on request)
  • Half Day Tailor Made Consultancy (pricing available on request)
  • Full Day Tailor Made Consultancy (pricing available on request)

2.3 Our role is to provide travel consultancy services. When booking services with third-party providers on your behalf, we act as an intermediary agent. Contracts for those travel services will be directly between you and the relevant supplier.

3. Booking Process and Payment

3.1 When making a booking for our consultancy services, you must provide accurate and complete information.

3.2 Payment for consultancy services is required in advance or as specified in the individual service agreement.

3.3 For services booked through us with third-party providers, payment terms will be as specified by those providers and clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.

3.4 We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.

3.5 All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable Italian and EU taxes (IVA) unless otherwise specified. We comply with applicable EU consumer protection and e-commerce regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Clients)

4.1 If you are acting as a consumer (a natural person acting outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

4.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at info@gofor.travel before the withdrawal period expires.

4.3 Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the withdrawal period has expired with your prior express consent, nor to bespoke travel packages tailored specifically to your requirements, as permitted by applicable EU law.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation of Consultancy Services (beyond the statutory withdrawal period):

  • For Per Hour Consultancy: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the agreed fee.
  • For Half Day Consultancy: Cancellations made with at least 3 days' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 3 days' notice will be charged at 50% of the agreed fee.
  • For Full Day Consultancy: Cancellations made with at least 7 days' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice will be charged at 50% of the agreed fee.

5.2 Cancellation of Travel Services: For bookings made with third-party providers, their cancellation and refund policies will apply. These will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.

5.3 No refund will be provided for services already fully delivered.

5.4 We reserve the right to cancel our services in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative arrangements.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.

6.2 You must ensure that all travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid and comply with the entry requirements of your intended destinations.

6.3 You are responsible for adhering to all laws, regulations, and requirements of the destinations you visit, including any health or entry requirements.

6.4 You must inform us of any special requirements or medical conditions that may affect your travel arrangements.

6.5 You are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance for your journey. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all travel arrangements. We do not provide or arrange travel insurance.

7. Our Liability

7.1 We will provide our consultancy services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with Italian law and applicable EU regulations.

7.2 We act as an intermediary agent for third-party travel service providers and have no direct liability for the acts or omissions of those providers.

7.3 We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, or delay that arises from:

  • Any act or omission of a third-party service provider
  • Any act or omission by you
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

7.4 Our liability to you for any loss or damage is limited to the consultancy fees paid by you to us, except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct as provided under Italian law.

7.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under Italian or EU mandatory law.

8. EU Package Travel Regulations

8.1 Where applicable, package travel arranged through us is subject to the EU Package Travel Directive (2015/2302/EU) as implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 62/2018. In such cases, you will be provided with all pre-contractual information required by law.

8.2 Our standalone consultancy services are not classified as a package travel arrangement and are not subject to package travel insolvency protection.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, industrial action, and acts of government or regulatory authorities.

9.2 If a force majeure event prevents us from providing our services, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and discuss alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate.

10. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

10.1 If you have a complaint about our consultancy services, please inform us as soon as possible by contacting us at info@gofor.travel or +39 352 0672370.

10.2 We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 30 days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body in accordance with EU Directive 2013/11/EU and Italian Legislative Decree 130/2015.

10.3 The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for online disputes.

11. Data Protection

11.1 We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR – Regulation 2016/679), which can be found at https://gofor.travel/privacy.html.

11.2 We comply with all applicable Italian and EU data protection legislation.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All intellectual property rights in our website, materials, and services are owned by us or our licensors.

12.2 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our materials without our prior written consent.

13. General Provisions

13.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Italian or EU law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to our consultancy services and supersede any previous agreements or representations.

13.3 No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.

13.4 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Italian law and applicable EU regulations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milano, Italy.
